About

I'm a Columbia MBA candidate focused on Strategy & Management, currently interning on Uber's Strategy & Planning team. Before business school, I spent four years at Holland America Line as a Senior Analyst in Business & Strategy, where I moved from building dashboards to redesigning pricing and cost structures that moved eight figures.

I think like an operator first and a theorist second: start with where the money and the leverage actually are, build the model, then make the case. Outside of work, I'm based in New York City with my wife Nathalie and our Old English Sheepdog, Yogi.

How I think about money.

Investing philosophy

Index-fund backbone through SPY, with a bias toward getting into the right asymmetric bets early rather than trying to time every position. Currently less active while in the MBA program, with income back on the table post-graduation.

Real Estate

A portfolio built for growth and long-term rental income.

Two residential holdings anchoring the path to a full rental portfolio.

Long-term hold

1060 Brickell

Brickell, FL

Acquired during a dislocated COVID-era market in one of Miami's fastest-growing corridors. Held for appreciation and rental income as Brickell's residential demand continues to climb.

Long-term hold

807 Davis

Evanston, IL

Second residential holding, managed with the same thesis: growth-oriented markets, held long-term for compounding rental income rather than short-term flips.
